Miguel García → Miguel Garcia – English Wikipedia disambiguation pages that contain accents and/or diacritics within main title headers can only be accessed on standard keyboards via redirects and thus tend to retain such accents and/or diacritics only if those are used by all the entries. Oppose, García is the correct spelling of the surname in Spanish, vast majority of people listed are hispanophones, and I'm not aware of a policy-based reason they retain such accents and/or diacritics only if those are used by all the entries.
